On Patience

It occurred to me that I am a bit impatient in many areas of my life and with many people in my life. This ‘lacking in patience’ is both a habit and a struggle. I am sure though, that those close to me knew the depth of my impatience before I did. As I was pondering this spiritual fruit I lack, I was reminded how many times we go through life knowing our imperfections, but not only knowing, but also warning others of it as if to prepare them, then we go about about ourselves with it never occurring to us that we should try to make every effort to do better or change - we do this not only with patience, but with most all of our imperfections, sometimes honest to a fault about who we are, expecting others to accept or work around our rough spots. Being impatient means that I am putting my own desires and will before the other person's needs and we'll being, likely being a burden giver than a burden sharer. My Attempt to Write a Book

As I was uploading my handwritten notes and words to PDF and reviewing new apps, specifically Notebook LM, which has been recently advertised.  To my surprise, it has AI technology that can create a Podcast conversation from notes entered.  It's called a deep dive.  I was pleasantly surprised and decided not only to keep it but also to share it. The Beautiful Word of God:  Not a Wasted Word When I first began reading and studying the Bible, I started highlighting verses that seemed important to me, verses that told a story and had meaning.  Looking back through my Bible, very few words are not highlighted.  At that moment, there isn't a single wasted word or phrase in the entire biblical canon.  As a writer, that fact is amazing to me.  I have also learned that each story in the Old Testament doesn't have just one lesson to teach; they have layers of wisdom packed in them.  An excellent illustration of this is the book of Jonah.  If you have not read it, pause here , and take the time to read it.  It's a short book that takes little time to read.  Below I listed a few of the lessons and story references that highlight the loving character of our Lord and Savior. ·          You can run from God, but there is  nowhere to hide.  God...
